Wall Colmonoy Canada has supplied Plasma Transferred Arc and Laser consumable powders and equipment to the Canadian market for 10 years. During this time, we have worked with many clients to develop powders for a variety of different hardfacing and alloying applications. Serving the hardfacing market with our own Wall Colmonoy brand of powders, has allowed Wall Colmonoy Canada to be very adaptive and responsive to the needs of our client base. Wall Colmonoy Canada sources Macrocrystalline angular, Eutectic angular and spherical particles as well as a variety of metal matrix alloys in different hardness values.
This approach allows Wall Colmonoy to blend to our client's requirement for hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance situations. Being a family business, allows us to be more adaptive and work more quickly with clients and their need to develop powders suited to a particular application. Wall Colmonoy Canada also supply PTA and Laser powders in a variety of alloys such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Cobalt just to name a few. If we do not have it, we can find it.
Our general commitment to our regular client base is that we will “stock what you need” which allows them to buy when required and lower their inventory costs dramatically. Orders received in the morning are generally shipped that afternoon and ordered placed in the afternoon are typically shipped the next day.
